Solo Practice is free forever — no card, no trial — for solo doctors with up to 1 provider seat and 100 patients. For multi-provider teams, Professional includes a 14-day free trial; you authorize a payment method during signup but aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then. Starter and Enterprise launch directly into a paid plan.
Annual billing is the launch default — it gives both sides predictability while we finish the metered-billing infrastructure for monthly plans (returning in a future release). The Professional 14-day trial means you can validate the product before any charge.
You can add additional provider seats anytime from KareMart inside Cloud Manager. Seats are prorated to your renewal date — Starter ₹999/seat/yr, Professional ₹899/seat/yr, Enterprise ₹799/seat/yr. Upgrading the whole tier is also a one-click flip.
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime — the price difference is prorated to your renewal date. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current annual term.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wire transfer for Enterprise customers. GST invoicing is available for all plans.
